i igree that to win championshiops the most important thing is that your team is functioning in an integrate hight level..but in the case of montana, it was his cmbination of consistency in all aspects of the seasons..regular season, specially playoffs and superbowls. andthe way he performed in those important games what makes him different from the rest, u think da pats would´ve won 3 SB without Brady??,QB is mostly the most important position.thats why i said montana was dabest not da niners

You have quite of a double standard right there. Championships are just as much of a number as passing stats. In fact, NFL titles is a team statistic first. Im not making an argument for or against Montana here, but Im just sick of hearing people giving so much credit to the QB when a team wins the Superbowl. And when a drive like that happens, it takes the O-Line getting their blocks done, the receivers needs to make plays and of course the QB making the good throws. Its never all about the QB
